workshop policies

All bookings must be paid for in advance to secure your space. We take bookings through this site, and payments can be made via PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to make payment, you can use your credit card as a guest. We use PayPal as it's the safest and easiest way to pay and send money, and your credit card is encrypted throughout the process.

We cannot accept cancellations within 72hours of the workshop being held. If you need to cancel within this time, we are happy for you to pass you booking onto a friend or family member (please let us know, so we can change our registration details). If you need to cancel longer than 72hours before a booking, we can offer a refund or an exchange to our next workshop.

If Creative Business Talks need to cancel a workshop, due to lack of booking numbers or sickness, we will contact you via your email address (the address that your order is processed through). We will ring or text you, and announce the changes via facebook. We do our best to not cancel a workshop. In this instance we will offer you a full refund or an exchange to another session.
